How do I move from HubSpot?
In HubSpot you export contacts to CSV (the export arrives as a link by email) and load them in HelloTeam under Contacts → Import; most of HubSpot's English property labels map themselves. Companies and deals are exported and imported separately.

Moving from HubSpot
- HubSpot: Contacts → Contacts → Export (top of the list) → File format: CSV, All properties or the view's columns.
- The export arrives as a link by email; download and unzip it.
- Here: Contacts → Import.
Which column goes where
HubSpot exports property labels, not internal names, so a renamed property arrives under a different header. An All properties export has many columns: leave what you do not need on Skip in the mapping step.

What a CSV does not carry
- Deals, Tickets and Companies are separate exports. Companies load under Companies → Import and deals under Deals → Import; the company name also comes with the contacts (Company Name). There is no importer for tickets.
- Workflows cannot be exported; the 89 automation recipes and the visual builder are the starting point here.
- Marketing email templates can be brought over as HTML: Templates → New → HTML mode.
Questions
What about HubSpot's consent data?
The CSV does not carry when and where consent was given. If the basis is arguable, ask for double opt-in through a form before the first campaign: the person's own click is the strongest evidence.
Can I import on the free plan?
Yes: CSV import and export are for everybody, on the free plan too.
