**Mikor indul?**
A pontos dátumot még nem jelentettük be. Az előregisztráltak e-mailben, elsőként tudják meg.

**Mit jelentenek az exkluzív modulok?**
Az előregisztrációs ajánlat: Exkluzív modulok, csak előregisztráltaknak. Az előregisztráltak olyan modulokhoz is hozzáférést kapnak, amelyeket csak nekik tartunk fenn. Hogy pontosan melyek ezek és milyen feltétellel, azt az indulás előtt e-mailben írjuk meg. Akkor jár, ha megerősíted az e-mail-címedet. Az alap CRM ettől függetlenül mindenkinek ingyenes.

**Mi történik az adataimmal?**
Az e-mail-címedet és amit a béta-programhoz önként megadsz, a HelloTeam saját ügyfélkezelőjében tároljuk. Arra használjuk, hogy értesítsünk az indulásról és az ajánlatról, a béta-jelentkezőket pedig felkeressük. Nem adjuk el és nem adjuk tovább senkinek.

**Hogyan iratkozom le?**
Minden levelünk alján van egy leiratkozó link, egy kattintás. Ha a megerősítő levélre nem kattintasz, nem küldünk több levelet.

**Mi a béta-tesztelő program?**
A béta idején ingyen használod a HelloTeamet, cserébe időnként egy rövid beszélgetésben elmondod, mi működik és mi nem. A jelentkezők közül válogatunk, és e-mailben keresünk.

**Kell bankkártya?**
Nem. Az előregisztrációhoz csak egy e-mail-cím kell, és az alap CRM később sem kér kártyát.

## Questions

**When does it launch?**
We have not announced a date yet. Pre-registrants will hear first, by email.

**What are the exclusive modules?**
The pre-registration offer: Exclusive modules, only for pre-registered members. Pre-registered members get access to modules reserved for them. Exactly which ones, and on what terms, we will tell you by email before the launch. It applies once you have confirmed your email address. The core CRM is free for everybody either way.

**What happens to my data?**
We keep your email address, and anything you choose to tell us for the beta, in HelloTeam's own CRM. We use it to tell you about the launch and the offer, and to get in touch with beta applicants. We do not sell it or pass it on.

**How do I unsubscribe?**
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom: one click. If you never click the confirmation link, we send nothing more.

**What is the beta programme?**
You use HelloTeam free during the beta and, now and then, tell us in a short call what works and what does not. We choose from the applicants and get in touch by email.

**Do I need a card?**
No. Pre-registering takes an email address, and the core CRM will not ask for a card later either.
