How do I export or erase a customer's data under the GDPR?
In HelloTeam everything held about a person downloads from their contact record in one click, and erasure is one action too. Erasure reaches the copies as well, and documents that must be kept by law keep the transaction but lose the person.

Can any colleague download a customer's data?
Only someone who may see that customer: a colleague limited to their own customers cannot download anyone else's.
