GDPR

The GDPR is the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679), which sets the rules for processing personal data and the rights of the people concerned.

Updated:

Explanation

Under the regulation personal data may only be processed on a legal basis (consent, performance of a contract or legitimate interest, for example). People have the right to know what is held about them (access) and in some cases to have it erased.

A CRM holds a great deal of personal data, so data export and erasure must really work in it. This page is general information, not legal advice.

How HelloTeam does it

In HelloTeam everything held about a customer can be exported in one click, and erasure reaches the copies too (shop orders, webhooks, appointments). The consent history is on the contact's record.
