MCP (Model Context Protocol)
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open protocol through which an AI assistant reaches the data and actions of outside systems, through defined tools.

Explanation
An MCP server offers tools (find a contact, create a task, for example), and an AI client that supports MCP calls them when the user asks or instructs.
Access depends on the MCP server's authentication: the AI sees and does as much as its key allows.
How HelloTeam does it
HelloTeam's MCP server is at /api/mcp, with the same API key and rate limit as the REST API; its tools call the same operations as the screens, so a stage move is recorded in the history here too.
