Storno invoice (sztornó)

A storno invoice is a document that cancels an invoice issued earlier; an issued invoice cannot be deleted or rewritten, only cancelled or corrected.

Updated:

Explanation

A storno is also reported to NAV and reverses the original invoice. If only one line is wrong, a corrective invoice may be the alternative.

The VAT Act has rules for documents that correct or cancel an invoice; which applies to your case is a question for your accountant.

How HelloTeam does it

In HelloTeam an issued invoice cannot be edited; it is reversed with a storno, which the invoicing provider issues and reports.

Module: Invoicing (€7.90 / month).
