Delivery note (szállítólevél)
A delivery note records which goods the company handed over, when and to whom; it is not an invoice.

Explanation
Signed by the buyer, the delivery note is proof of receipt. It is common to raise one invoice at the end of the month for several deliveries, based on the delivery notes.
As a delivery note is not an invoice, it carries no VAT due. Whether one is needed for a transaction, and what it must contain, is up to the company's own procedures and its accountant.
How HelloTeam does it
In HelloTeam issuing a delivery note takes the goods out of stock, gives it a number, freezes it, and several delivery notes can become one invoice.
Module: Invoicing (€7.90 / month).
