A cash book (házipénztár) is the record of a company's cash: how much is in the till, and when and why each payment in and out happened.

Explanation
Every movement gets a voucher (a cash receipt or payment voucher), and after the daily close the cash report shows the balance.
The details of handling cash are set in the company's cash-handling policy; work it out with your accountant.
